2. General Administration Department Assistant

Duties and Activities:

4. Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed;
5. Schedule meetings and meeting rooms;
6. Reserve flights;

3. Human Resources Manager
Duties and Activities:
1. Assist the head of General Administration Department in daily human resource management;
2. Draft regulations and procedures on personnel management, salary and welfare, staff assessment, and other relevant policies;
3. Maintain and expand recruitment channels, draft recruitment plans, and organize various recruitment activities;
4. Responsible for staff on-boarding and off-boarding;
5. Organize the on-boarding training and other human resources related trainings for new staff;
6. Assist the head of General Administration Department in solving relevant problems of human resource management.

Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with Dutch labor law, human resources regulations, and other relevant policies;
2. Familiar with salary and assessment management, as well as the daily human resource management process;
3. Proficient in MS Office;
4. Good command of communication, expression and writing skills;
5. At least3-yearsworking experience in human resource management;
6. Strong confidential awareness.

4. Senior Account Manager

Duties and Activities:
1. The senior account manager is expected to acquire, retain and expand relationships with customers by identifying customer needs first and then recommending appropriate solutions for the customer to consider and accept.
2. The jobholder’s portfolio will consist of both domestic and international relationships and the role will involve managing all aspects of the relationship including credit risk management and AML (anti-money laundry) risk.
3. Prepare credit proposals and approve credit facilities in accordance with discretionary authority. Conduct regular review and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality.
4. Responsible for the KYC process (at on-boarding as well as annual review) and has to ensure that the client file is complete and accurate.

Job Requirements:
1. Master degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or Business Administration.
2. Professional qualification in Risk Management or Financial Analysis (Financial Risk Manager, Chartered Financial Analyst or other related certifications) would be an advantage.
3. At least 5 years of progressively professional experience in a similar position in wholesale banking business in international commercial banks. A proven track record in the Dutch wholesale banking sector and an in-depth knowledge of the markets clients operate in.
4. Experience in Anti-money laundry due-diligence would be a plus.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the working knowledge of Mandarin or Dutch is desirable.

5. Assistant Accounting

Duties and Activities: 
1. Responsible for review of the reimbursement payment, complete the accounting processing for operating expenses;
2. Responsible for invoice ledger management, regularly scan and archive the invoices;
3. Prepare required financial reports;
4. Assist in cooperation and communication of external audit activities;
5. Deal with the other assigned work in the department.

Job requirements
1. At least Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other related fields of study;
2. Proactive and cooperative attitude;
3. Good analytical and communication skills;
4. Ability to adapt to new environment quickly;
5. Excellent command of English and Chinese;
6. Local and relevant working experience is preferred.

6. Risk Management Specialist

Duties and Activities: 
1. Support the Head of Risk Management Department in preparing relevant risk reports for Risk Management Committee, ICBC Europe HQ, ICBC HO;
2. Review and monitor the bank’s daily business and transactions to control and prevent operational risk;
3. Participate in development and implementation of an on-going process for identifying, evaluating and managing the top risks faced by the bank;
4. Assist in the coordination of external auditors, regulatory agencies, including the development of a range of risk Indicators.
5. Support the backstage operations of Risk Management Department; Organize Risk Management Committee meeting and Credit Approval meeting; and complete the meeting minutes.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Economics, Finance or related discipline;
2. Good understanding of finance and risk management concepts with strong analytical skills; Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM is a plus;
3. Firm knowledge of relevant regulatory obligations and risk indicators, such as LCR, RWA, etc; local and relevant working experience is preferred.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills; a self-motivated, team-orientated approach;
5. Language skill: Excellent English skill, Dutch and Chinese is preferred
