    ICBC Mobile Banking is an alternative channel to access ICBC Personal Internet Banking. You can use your iOS or Android phone/tablet to logon ICBC Personal Internet Banking and able to manage your account/card anywhere anytime. Safe and Reliable transaction with the payment authentication tool, e-Password Token. 

To experience our Mobile Banking, please download ICBC Mobile Banking via Apple App Store, Google Play or App Gallry.

       


Open ICBC Mobile Banking after the installation completed and click ‘Login’.

      


You can login to ICBC Mobile Banking by using Card/Account number or Username and password which are the same as your ICBC Personal Internet Banking.



We recommend you to change password immediately after your first login by clicking ‘change your login password’.



Remark:
• The password must be a 6 to 30-digit mix of letters and numbers.
• If you would like to use some financial services, you may need to visit any branches to request for the authentication payment.
• Recommended Operation System, Mobile Brands/Models*
- Apple iOS 9.0 or above: iPhone and iPad
- Android OS 5.0 or above: Samsung Galaxy, HTC Legend, etc.

*As there are some differences in the operation system specifications, some models may not be compatible with the service even they run on the above-mentioned operation systems, and the display of some handset models may result in different layout.
