ICBC-Anbang Credit Card is a co-branded credit card issued jointly by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited and Anbang Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd.  The product integrates the car insurance preference, fuel subsidy, succor and the financial functions of classic credit cards. By swiping the card, customers are entitled to buying the car insurance and designated life insurance products of Anbang Insurance at preferential rates, and enjoying 6% of gas subsidy or certain discount in the life insurance annual premium.

II. Special Insurance Preference
Customers are entitled to the following preferential treatments should they a) successfully apply for the ICBC-Anbang credit card, and b) buy the telephone car insurance or life insurance products of any insurance subsidiary of Anbang Insurance (Group) by swiping the credit card during January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2014:
Gift 1 - “telephone car insurance preference”:
holders of the co-branded credit cards are entitled to savings of up to 15% of the commercial car insurance premium by calling 400-1111111-9 to buy the telephone car insurance policy of Anbang Insurance by swiping the credit card;
Gift 2 – “life insurance product reward”: holders of the co-branded credit cards are entitled to preferential reward that is in a certain proportion of the annual insurance premium provided by the third party cooperative agencies if they buys the designated life insurance products of Anbang Insurance by swiping the co-branded credit card.

Note: fund of the preferential reward will be paid back to the account of the cardholder’s co-branded credit card after expiry of the hesitation period;
The amount of the “preferential reward” equals to a certain proportion of the first year premium of the regular premium products. Cardholders are not entitled to such preferential reward during the years thereafter.

III. Value-Added Service and Preference
Customers are entitled to the following preferential treatments should they a) successfully apply for the ICBC-Anbang credit card, and b) buy the telephone car insurance products of the Anbang Insurance (Group) (i.e. through the telephone marketing channel: 400-1111111) by swiping the credit card during January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2014:
Gift 1 – “fuel preference for swiping your card”:
holders of the co-branded credit cards are entitled to fuel subsidy that is no less than 6% of the total fuel charges when filling fuel at the designated gas stations by swiping the card, after they buy the car insurance products of Anbang Insurance (meeting the conditions of full insurance and commercial third party liability insurance no less than RMB100,000) by swiping the card (please be noted that this preference shall not be enjoyed together with other similar preferential treatment of Anbang Insurance Group).
Note: 1. The cumulative total fuel charges shall not exceed 19% of the total commercial car insurance premium;
2. Funds of the fuel subsidy will be paid into account of the cardholder’s co-branded credit card during the next month after the cardholder fill the fuel by swiping the card;
3. The list of designated gas stations will be continually upgraded, until it covers all of the gas stations with normal names across the national transaction places;
4. Explanation: “Full Insurance” refers to the condition that the insured amount equals to the car value, which allows the insurer to get a sum of insurance benefit that equals to his/her real losses when the car is subject to any losses during incidents; “Commercial Third Party Liability Insurance” refers to the product that the insurance company is responsible for fulfilling the economic responsibility that should be assumed by the insured in accordance with laws, in case that unexpected accident occurring during the use of the insured cars by the insured or drivers permitted by him/her causes damage, death or direct property loss to any third parties.
Gift 2 – “succor”: holders of the co-branded credit cards will be allowed to get three succor services from the membership club of Anbang Insurance during the year after buying the car insurance product of Anbang Insurance by swiping the card (the cardholders may dial the hotline of Anbang Insurance to solicit relevant services).
Gift 3 – “preference from cooperative 4S stores”: holders of the co-branded credit cards will be able to enjoy multiple preferential treatment provided by the cooperative 4S stores if they buy the car insurance products of Anbang Insurance by swiping the card, including:

◆ One time of free nitrogen gas charging
◆ One time of free car detecting test
◆ One time of oil filter maintenance service when accumulative consumption at the 4S store exceeds RMB5000 (limiting to car models priced at less than RMB300,000)
◆ One time of major maintenance service (oil filter, fuel filter and air filter) when accumulative consumptions at the 4S store exceed RMB20,000 (limiting to car models priced at less than RMB300,000);
◆ One time of oil filter maintenance service when accumulative consumption at the 4S store exceeds RMB20,000 (limiting to car models priced at more than RMB300,000)
◆Succor in the cities where the vehicle is, towing service excluded 【within (inclusive) the fifth ring road of Beijing, within (inclusive) the outer ring road of Tianjin, please refer to introduction of the 4S stores for the specific area limitation in other regions】
◆ Free assessment of used motor cars
