Enterprise Batch Payment Collection Service

I. Introduction
Enterprise Batch Payment Collection is a service which allows the fee collectors to collect fees from enterprises (hereinafter referred as "fee paying customers") which have authorized or signed contract with ICBC through ICBC corporate Internet banking. Functions available to you include committing the instruction of fee paying, inquiring the processing status, and inquiry and maintenance of the fee-paying customer sheet.

IV. Application Condition
Corporate Internet banking clients

V. Sign up
You need to submit the ICBC E-banking Client Registration Application Form and its enclosed form, and sign the ICBC Online Payment Service Agreement.

Ⅵ. Service Channel and Time
Corporate Internet banking can process operation instructions 24 hours a day.

Ⅶ. Tip
The latest edition of software (Client) is under the column of "Customer Service" on the website of ICBC Internet banking, which clients can use to program their instructions of batch collection in advance.

Ⅷ. Considerations
Fee collectors should refer to the relevant regulations on authorization by subsidiaries of the group enterprise to obtain authorization from their customers, and submit to ICBC the Letter of Authorization to Debit the Accounts issued by the fee-paying enterprises.
