Agency Payment is a diverse and multi-channel function of bill payment which assists clients to pay bills through the operator assistance service of Telephone Banking.

II. Target Client
This function applies widely to clients holding ICBC Passbook, Peony Money Link Card, Elite Club Card , Credit Card with registration of Telephone Banking service.

III. Features
The function of Agency Payment helps clients to pay for different bills, such as telephone and gas, without stepping out of their houses.

IV. Application Condition
You need to sign up for Telephone Banking and open the function of Agency Payment.

V. Service Channel and Time
ICBC Personal Telephone Banking provides you with 7×24 hours of round-the-clock services.

Ⅵ. Considerations
Registered clients of Telephone Banking must customize the service of Agency Payment, so as to enjoy different kinds of services of Valet Transaction that are provided in the area where the registration card is opened.
