I. Introduction
e Card is a non-physical debit card for payment of online shopping. ICBC Personal Internet Banking clients can apply the card only through self-service. With e Card, you can complete operations such as account inquiry, transfer, cancellation, joint e Card application, information management of joint e Card, picture change, maximum amount setting, online shopping mall, etc.

II. Target Client
Clients who are in need of online shopping payment but are not willing to disclose the number of the physical card during transactions.

III. Features
During your online shopping, you can use e Card instead of your registration card for payment, so as to effectively avoid the disclosure of your registration card information and guarantee the financial security of your account.

IV. Application Condition
1.Clients of ICBC "Banking@Home" Personal Internet Banking;
2.Registered clients whose registration cards are Peony Money Link Card or Elite Club Account.

V. Service Channel and Time
"Banking@Home" Personal Internet Banking provides you with7×24 hours of round-the-clock services.

Ⅵ. Considerations
When confirming payment on ICBC webpage, you can input either the number of your registration card or the number of e Card. The system will default payment through e Card.

Registration Card: the ICBC card you used when signing up for ICBC Internet Banking.
