【Investor relations management】ICBC Wins Quanjing Gold Awards for Investor Relations

ICBC recently won the gold awards for investor relations, “Small and Medium Investor Relations Interaction Award” and “Best New Media Operation Award”, from Quanjing ( of the People’s Daily. The awards are an annual national event focusing on investor relations in the capital market that is held by Quanjing. It aims to promote improvement in the investor relations management of Chinese listed companies by commending excellent companies, encouraging advanced companies and setting examples, thus playing a positive role in facilitating the healthy development of the capital market.

In 2021, ICBC actively managed investor relations. It creatively held periodical report results presentations in the “online + offline” combined form, and adopted a variety of communication channels including investor hotline, investor relations email, investor relations website and “SSE e Intercommunication” to ensure small and medium investors could learn about ICBC’s development strategies and business state in the special period. ICBC showed its latest progress and breakthroughs in credit supply, green finance, inclusive finance and FinTech under its strategy of “bringing out our strengths to make up for our weaknesses and laying a solid foundation and base”. It also presented the main achievements it has made in providing targeted and efficient services to key fields and weak areas of the real economy and responded to market concerns on ICBC’s international development, dividend distribution, market capitalization, etc. Those efforts increased investors’ confidence in the development of the Chinese economy and companies’ business transformation.
