I. ICBC "Online Security Scan" is designed for the Internet Banking customers to help them to online scan and kill computer spyware that may affect the Internet Banking security.

II. ICBC provides free "Online Security Scan" service for customers' choice.

III. The ICBC "Online Security Scan" can only be used for those computer spyware that may affect ICBC Internet Banking security, not for other computer viruses. It can not substitute for other necessary antivirus software.

IV. The ICBC "Online Security Scan" service should be manually activated. It does not provide real-time monitoring and firewall. In order to prevent the spyware re-enter your computer, you should also take necessary antivirus measures for dynamic protection. The ICBC "Online Security Scan" can only assist in scanning and killing computer spyware. ICBC is not liable for any damages incurred by the scanning and killing activities and the computer spyware.

V. If you have any question in using the ICBC "Online Security Scan" service, please call the ICBC Customer Service Line: 95588. If there is any discrepancy between the response from the ICBC Customer Service and this Notice, please refer to this Notice or the official response on the ICBC website.

VI. Please read carefully this Notice and the "Online Security Scan" Service Help before you use this service. After customers click the "Accept" button, ICBC will consider that customers have read and accepted this Notice.

The agreement shall be written in both Chinese and English. Both versions shall have equal binding force. The Chinese version shall prevail in the event of discrepancy between the two versions.
