关于COVID-19疫情期间的重要提示

尊敬的客户您好,

We wanted to let you know that ICBC New Zealand is looking after you during the COVID19 pandemic.

在抗击新冠肺炎疫情的非常时期工银新西兰将与您同在。

 

According to the latest government Alert Level 3 requirements and to keep our customers, staff and community safe, our branch will be open on Wednesday and Friday, 10am 12pm, and only the following essential services will be provided at the branch:

u Providing replacement debit card and online banking password token.

u Assisting customers in resetting up card/account/online banking/token Pin or Password.

u Individual identification and verification for property settlements.

u Any business that cannot access remote banking services.

u Providing support for vulnerable customer services.

 

在当前的疫情三级警戒期间,根据政府有关抗疫要求,为保证我们的客户、员工和社区的安全,我们的营业网点将在每周三和周五的10点至12点提供必要的服务,其中必要的服务包括:

u 提供更换借记卡或网上银行/手机银行密码器服务;

u 协助客户修改银行卡/账户/网上银行/手机银行/密码器密码服务;

u 在此期间个人房产交割客户的身份认证服务;

u 使用电子银行渠道遇阻的客户服务;

u 协助弱势群体客户服务。

 

At this time we ask our customers not to visit our branch unless absolutely necessary. When you visit our branch, please wear a face covering and scan the COVID-19 QR code with your phone, or sign in, before entering the branch.

    在当前的疫情期间,我们建议客户如非绝对必要,应避免到访我行网点。如果必须访问我行营业网点,请您佩戴口罩,并在进入营业网点前进行扫码登记或书面登记。

We have a range of ways you can still do your banking with us from a distance. Options include using online banking on your computer or mobile device. If you need urgent assistance, you can reach us by phone 0800 995 588 (24h) or by email operation@nz.icbc.com.cn.
