ICBC (Europe) S.A. (the “Bank”) Pillar 3 Disclosure Report (the “Report”) intends to provide market participants with key information with respect to the risk exposures, risk assessment processes and capital adequacy of the Bank.

This Report fulfils the Pillar 3 disclosure requirements established in Part Eight of the Regulation (EU) No 575/2013, as amended, broadly know as the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) and considers the numerous Implementing Technical Standards, Regulatory Technical Standards and guidelines published by the EBA.

Information in this Report has been prepared solely to meet Pillar 3 disclosure.
