2. Dining offer is not valid on the eve of and on public holidays, other blackout dates and special occasions as determined by the hotel. Advanced reservation is required. ICBC Card Promotion must be quoted at time of reservation.

3. Prevailing taxes and service charges apply.

4. Not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts, loyalty card, promotions or vouchers.

5. All information is correct at the time of publication.

6. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.

7. Merchant reserve the right at their absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to the Promotion, or any of these terms and conditions, at any time without notice including without limitation, the dates of the Promotion.

ICBC Terms and Conditions

2. Payment must be made using an ICBC Credit or Debit card (including cards issued by ICBC branches worldwide).

3. This promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Merchant’s Terms and Conditions.

4. ICBC is not an agent of the merchant and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.

5. ICBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the products and services provided by the Merchant. Any dispute in relation thereof shall be resolved directly with the relevant Merchant. ICBC shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered in connection with or arising from the products and services provided by the Merchant.

6. ICBC reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice to Cardholders. ICBC accepts no liability for such termination.

7. These terms and conditions are prepared in English and Chinese, in the event of inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail.
