Merchant Terms and Conditions
1.The promotion is valid for dine-in from Monday to Friday only.
2.The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional programmes, offers, discount cards, and redemption of JUMBO Dollars, unless otherwise stated.
3.The promotion is not applicable on the Eves of and on Public Holidays.
4.The promotion is valid at JUMBO Seafood at East Coast, Dempsey Hill, Riverside Point, The Riverwalk and NSRCC’s Changi Clubhouse.
5.The promotion is valid only for dinner at JUMBO Seafood at East Coast (restaurant is not open for lunch on weekdays).
6.The promotion is limited to one redemption per visit, per Card, per bill, per table, unless otherwise stated.
7.Minimum spend is based on the amount before service charge and prevailing GST.
8.The Management reserves the rights to change the above Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
ICBC Terms and Conditions
1.Offers are valid from 20 February till 31 May 2019.
2.“ICBC” means Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited.
3.To qualify for this promotion, payment must be made using an ICBC Debit or Credit Card (including cards issued by ICBC branches worldwide).
4.This promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Merchant’s Terms and Conditions.
5.ICBC is not an agent of the merchant and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
6.ICBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the products and services provided by the Merchant. Any dispute in relation thereof shall be resolved directly with the relevant Merchant. ICBC shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered in connection with or arising from the products and services provided by the Merchant.
7.ICBC reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice to Cardholders. ICBC accepts no liability for such termination.
8.These terms and conditions are prepared in English and Chinese, in the event of inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail.
