Present your ICBC Card at any Sands Rewards membership counter and receive a Sands Rewards LifeStyle membership with a complimentary upgrade to enjoy the privileges.
You need to be at least 18 years of age and be there personally at the Sands Rewards counters with your Passport or any valid government issued photo identification (i.e. Singapore NRIC, Employment Pass, etc).
