Merchant Terms and Conditions
1) After receiving the order confirmation, please print it out or save it on your mobile phone, and present the E-ticket to the tour guide or driver. If you require more information and assistance, please contact the phone number indicated on the confirmation form.
2) The E-ticket holder must produce valid identification when redeeming ticket.
3) E-ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered.
4) E-ticket may not be copied, resold or duplicated.
5) E-ticket is valid for one-time redemption only.
6) There will be no refund for unused E-ticket.
7) E-ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed due to personal reason, and is valid only for the specified event item and date.
8) The validity of the E-ticket redemption shall be subject to the verification results of our system.
9) For last minute modifications, emergencies and other related matters, please call City Tours customer service.

ICBC Terms and Conditions
1.“ICBC” means Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited.
2.Payment must be made using an ICBC Credit or Debit Card.
3.ICBC is not an agent of the merchant and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
4.ICBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the products and services provided by third parties. Any dispute in relation thereof shall be resolved directly with the relevant third parties. ICBC shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered in connection to the products and services provided by third parties.
5.ICBC reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice to Cardholders. ICBC accepts no liability for such termination.
6.These terms and conditions are prepared in English and Chinese, in the event of inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail.
