NOTICE ON NEW EGIRO TERMS AND CONDITIONS (WEF 17 NOVEMBER 2021)
 

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be informed that eGIRO is now available with us.

eGIRO stands for Electronic GIRO, which is a joint initiative to digitises GIRO application process by the Association of Banks in Singapore, Monetary Authority of Singapore MAS and financial institutions. With eGIRO, Customers will be able to create (and cancel if available with the relevant billing organizations) direct debit authorization electronically via participating billing organizations’ landing page for the relevant billing organization to initiate direct debit collections via GIRO or FAST from customers’ designated bank account opened and maintained with us.

In view of this, kindly be informed that the new eGIRO Terms and Conditions (“eGIRO Terms”) will take effect from 17th November 2021. The electronic version of the eGIRO Terms is available at our website. Customers may also ask for hard copy from any of our branches. Customers are advised to read and understand the eGIRO Terms before using eGIRO with us.
