Notice on COVID-19 Precautionary Measures
 

Dear Valued Customers,

In view of the latest developments on COVID-19, we have implemented the following precautionary measures to minimize the risk of spread of COVID-19 to protect our staff and customers:

1.Temperature screening for customers entering the branch premises. Customers who are unwell or register a temperature of 38oc and above will be declined entry;

2.Customers are to fill in a health and travel declaration form for contact tracing purposes. Customers will be declined entry if he/she (or close contacts) had in the last 14 days, travelled to destinations listed on the Ministry of Health’s Public Health Travel Advisory and/or had close contact with any person who has been admitted to the hospital for observation for COVID-19 or diagnosed as a suspected / probable case;

3.Priority services for vulnerable customers (e.g. elderly or expecting mothers);

4.Limiting entry and implementing social distancing measures to ensure that there is at least one metre spacing between customers when queuing or sitting in the branch;

5.Carrying out other safety measures such as requiring all branch staff to wear face masks and gloves, increasing frequency of sanitization of frequent contact surfaces(customer service area is sanitized four times daily), and providing hand sanitizers for customers’ usage.

Customers visiting the branch are strongly encouraged to take a queue number using our Q system instead of waiting in the branch for their turn. Customers may leave their contact numbers in our Q system and will be notified via SMS when it is nearing their turn. For branches whose Q system is not available for entering your contact number, kindly leave your contact number with our branch staff and you will be notified via phone call when it is nearing their turn.

Customers may wish to turn to our alternative channels such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATMs, SOCASH services etc. to conduct transactions instead. We highly recommend you to scan QR codes below to subscribe to our ICBC official Wechat account and download ICBC mobile banking.
