With effect from 1 May 2021, the following ICBC Credit Cards’ Cashback Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) will be amended:
1. ICBC Horoscope Credit Card
2. ICBC Chinese Zodiac Credit Card
3. ICBC Global Travel Mastercard® Credit Card
4. ICBC UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card
5. ICBC VISA Dual Currency Credit Card and
6. ICBC Koipy Dual Currency Credit Card

Changes to the Terms and Conditions relate to the scope of excluded Qualifying Transactions and termination of ICBC Rewards Programme. A summary of the changes are as follows:
1. For the purposes of calculating Cashback under the above ICBC Credit Cards, Qualifying Transactions shall also exclude the following transactions: -
(a)any payment made with the following Merchant Category Code (“MCC”);

(b)any transactions as may be prescribed or amended by ICBC from time to time, without prior notice or being liable to Cardmembers.
2.Clauses which relate to ICBC Rewards Programme and/or ICBC Rewards Points will be deleted in its entirety in view of the termination of ICBC Rewards Programme.
