The Process of the Kuwait Electronic Cheque Clearing System:

- Clearing of cheques will be done within 1 business day if deposted before 10:00am
- Only standard cheques are accepted through KECCS
- Any cheques not meeting the size and security features as stipulated by the Central Bank of Kuwait will not be processed
- In order to process your cheques without any rejections, please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account
- Applicable to KD cheques only
