We have announced the Corporate Social Responsibility Report of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (2008) on 25th March 2009.This is the first time for ICBC to prepare corporate social report with reference to the 2006 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines of Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and to engage an independent third-party for verification of the corporate social responsibility report.

The Report begins with Chairman’s Message and President's Message, and the main body of the Report includes fives parts, that is, Strategy and Profile, Economic Performance, Environmental Performance, Social Performance, and Social Contribution per Share. The Report ends with the third-party verification report, 2008 Awards and GRI Index.
