Service Guide to ICBC Peony Credit Card VIP Customer Service Center (Hong Kong)

ICBC Peony Credit Card VIP Customer Service Center (Hong Kong) was opened on September 28, 2007 in Hong Kong. Backed by ICBC global network, the new Center offers professional and worldwide services to Hong Kong holders of ICBC Peony Platinum Card and Gold Card.

Besides general credit card services, the Peony Credit Card VIP Customer Service Center (Hong Kong) offers aid services in the event of emergency: emergency card replacement, emergency cash advance, temporary credit limit increase; as well as  value-added services such as where to go for sightseeing, where to find discount merchants, how to make reservation.

I. Counter Services:
Cardholder inquiry service, account enquiry, emergency cash advance, emergency card replacement, lost/stolen card reporting, temporary credit limit increase, currency exchange.

II. Self-services:
A phone area for customers to press one shortcut key and connect to the 24-hour customer service hotline 95588 in mainland China.

A special area reserved for customers to access online services: time-saving by browsing through HK tourist information center in the shortest time.

Platinum card SOS family doctor service, SOS international emergency medical assistance service and SOS domestic emergency medical assistance service, sightseeing information and reservation service. 

III. Telephone Banking Services:
In Hong Kong, call 218 95588, and you will be immediately connected to the 24-hour ICBC customer service hotline 95588 in mainland China. No cost will be charged for long-distance call. 

If you are in Hong Kong, call the HK Customer Service Hotline 2840 5888, ICBC staff will handle your inquiry, help you report lost card in emergency case or increase credit limit temporarily.

★ Notes:
I. As stated in the existing ICBC rules for overseas emergency cash advance, Peony Credit Card VIP Customer Service Center (Hong Kong) only allows cardholders to draw emergency cash once. The maximum can be drawn within the credit line in the Peony Card account is HKD 40,000 for Platinum cardholders, HKD 16,000 for Gold cardholders.

II. It takes 4 working days to replace a card. You have to collect the new card and personal password in person at the Hong Kong Customer Service Center. You have to show your ID card and sign to complete the formalities.
