Service Guide to ICBC Peony Credit Cards VIP Customer Service Center (Frankfurt)
 

ICBC Peony Credit Card VIP Customer Service Center (Frankfurt) was officially opened on March 22, 2010 in Frankfurt. The new Center offers professional and worldwide services to Frankfurt holders of ICBC Peony Platinum Card and Gold Card through the ICBC global network.

Besides general credit card services, the Peony Credit Card VIP Customer Service Center (Frankfurt) also offers aid services in the event of an emergency: emergency card replacement, temporary credit limit increase

★ Services:
I. Counter Services:
Cardholder inquiry service, account enquiry, emergency card replacement, lost/stolen card reporting, temporary credit limit increase.

II. Value-added Services:
Platinum cardholders are entitled to 24×7 family doctor service, SOS international emergency assistance service and SOS domestic medical assistance service.

★ Notes:
It takes 5 working days to replace a card. You have to pick up the new card at the Frankfurt Customer Service Center. You have to show your ID card and sign to complete the formalities.

★ Service hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 -12:00, 14:00 -18:00 (Frankfurt local time)
