I. Introduction of the Co-brand Card
Peony COFCO Credit Card is launched together by ICBC and COFCO. The two parties integrate their respective advantages onto this joint credit card, and provide qualified financial services and various discounts for the customers

There are two kinds: Express Peony Dual Currency Credit Card and UnionPay Peony Quasi Credit Card.

II. Financial Services
(i) Peony COFCO Credit Card (Peony Dual Currency Credit Card)
Traditional financial functions like: dual-currency, cash deposit and withdrawal, credit consumption, revolving credit, and what's more:
1. Long free-interest period: free-interest repayment period of 25days as shortest and 56days as longest.
2. Repayment by purchasing foreign exchange: the foreign exchange loans occurred in overseas accounts could be repaid by purchasing foreign exchange with RMB.
3. Optional consumption code: you could choose to use code and set a code limit while using the Co-brand Card for consumptions.
4. Instalments: various instalment payments such as special merchants POS, normal consumption 95588 telephone or counter instalment payments, etc.
5. Self-services: ATM self-service, ICBC internet banking self-service enquiries, transfers, payments and information changes, and telephone self-service such as adjusting the amount, changing the card and reporting the loss.
6. SMS reminding: after you have registered for SMS reminding service, any changes in your credit card accounts will lead to a SMS sent by ICBC to the cardholder.
7. High insurance: any payment for transportation by Peony COFCO Credit Card could be given traffic accident insurance and travel inconvenience insurance provided by ICBC.
8. Binding accounts to repay automatically: ICBC would charge back from the designated account automatically to repay the credit card overdrafts before the repayment day of each month, which helps you to fully utilize the interest-free period and at the same time avoids the financial loss caused by failing to repay in due time.
9. Global services and supports: provided by ICBC and professional service network of American Express all over the world.
10. Special travel discounts: Exclusive, special travels discounts and upgrade plans provided by various famous airline companies, and free lodging plan provided by various famous hotels in China and Asia-Pacific Area, which creates a more comfortable travel experience.
11. Financial management and points awards: Peony COFCO Credit Card provides electronic year-end settlement list, showing your card consumption in details, providing more reliable analytical data for you to make reasonable financial plans. You could also get decent points through points award and exchanges plans and enjoy more discounts and the fun of consumption.

(ii) Peony COFCO Credit Card  (Quasi Credit Card)
Not only have the functions of cash deposits and withdrawals, deposits interests, credit consumptions, self-services, but also have the functions of consumption code, self-service, SMS reminding, financial management and points award, overseas UnionPay merchants, binding accounts for automatic repayment, etc.

III. Special Services
(i) Corporate Accounts Services
Peony Credit Card and ICBC special financial POS provide corporate business card services to corporate customers. The staff uses credit card for daily business trip, conference charges expenditure, small amount purchases and other business activities, and the reimbursements and transferred funds are achieved by financial POS, which provides automatic business trip expenditure management services for the financial department, reduces financial cash occupation and the daily reimbursement pressure, and enhances the capital using efficiency and the cash management level of the corporation.

(ii) Personal Accounts Management Services
Through the functions of dual-currency international card, consumption interest-free and Peony Dual Currency Credit Card deposit interest, the cardholder could be provided with convenient, highly efficient, economical accounts management services.

Peony COFCO Credit Card is issued exclusively to COFCO staff in the first phase.
