Ⅱ. Functions
Peony eLong Credit Card is a credit card co-issued by ICBC and eLongNet Information Technology (Beijing) Co. Ltd. Besides all functions of Peony Credit Card, the holders of Peony eLong Credit Card also enjoy various preferential policies and services offered by ICBC and eLongNet Company. 

1. Point Reward
If only cardholder registers and successfully books with special ICBC eLong member number for the first time, the Gold Card holder will obtain additional 2,000 eLong points and Classic Card holder will obtain additional 1,000 eLong points. ("successfully books" means the reservation deposit of hotel has been paid or the air ticket has been issued )

2. Further discount based on membership price
You can get a 1% discount (excluding child and baby ticket, airport construction fee as well as fuel surcharge) for par value of the air ticket or 3% discount for the room rate if you book through www.elong.com and pay with Peony eLong Credit Card (eLongNet will deduct and pay for income tax of discount for cardholder, 20 % of total discount).
Note: Discount is offered to cardholder by eLongNet. At the next month (next month of checking out if hotel booking) of booked consumption, eLongNet will deposit the discount that shall be returned in the Peony eLong Credit Card of the cardholder.  
Note: this preferential policy is inapplicable for booking international hotel or international air ticket.

3. Free traffic accident insurance
Booking air ticket through eLongNet and paying all amount of the ticket with Peony eLong Credit Card, Gold Card holder can get a free 7-day traffic accident insurance with total insured value of RMB 1 million, Classic Card holder can get a free 7-day traffic accident insurance with total insured value of RMB 500 thousand.

4. One card links two currencies, globally usable
Peony eLong Credit Card is usable at home and abroad conveniently. You can buy foreign exchange with RMB domestically to repay for the consumption overseas so that you can easily consume throughout the world.

5. Adequate and Flexible Credit Line
After the card application was approved, ICBC can grant the cardholder an appropriate credit line and the credit line can be gradually lifted according to the credit record. If the existing credit line can’t meet the demand, the cardholder can apply for temporary or permanent increase of the credit line or call 95588 for self service of temporarily lifting 10% of credit line so as to have fun of the consumption.

6. Revolving Use, Sufficient Interest Free Term
With a Peony eLong Credit Card, you can consume without deposit in advance and enjoy 25-56 days of interest free repayment term (except withdraw cash and transfer) so that you can first consume and later repay. You can repay all amount or part amount in terms of the lowest repayment amount before the due date signed on the reconciliation statement, after repayment all overdrafts, the credit line will automatically restore in terms of the repayment amount so that you can enjoy happy credit life.

7. Wealth management and point reward
With a Peony eLong Credit Card, the cardholder can enjoy the year-end E-settlement list service offered by ICBC that offers consumption data for making reasonable wealth management plan of the cardholder; the cardholder also can win a lot of points through point reward and exchange plan so as to enjoy more preferences and have fun of consumption.
