The newly added features include personalized version of personal internet banking, loan optimization of personal internet banking, ICBC e-payment, SMS banking quick service, iPhone corporate mobile banking, cross-border RMB remittance supported by corporate internet banking, function optimization for entrusted deduction business, and manager for Bank-Enterprise Interlink collection ( Click here for details). The services of internet banking, telephone banking, mobile banking and other relevant systems will be suspended from 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Major Increased and Optimized Functions of the E-banking System after upgrading


Personalized version of personal internet banking.
Personalized version of personal internet banking is launched this time. Customers can log in desktop internet banking operating environment simply by selecting “Personalized Version” style in the login page of personal internet banking, and customers may freely drag internet banking columns and functions to the desktop to generate shortcut icons and set exclusive and personalized operating interface. If you want to use the personalized version of personal internet banking, your computer needs to install the browser IE7.0 or higher versions. The service is launched initially in VIP edition.
Loan optimization of personal internet banking. Online loan column has been adjusted this time, current loan products are integrated into “pledged loans”, “third-party pledged loans” and “other loans”, inter-city lending function is added, and online loan application procedure is optimized into the mode that customer fills in the loan demand and then the bank recommends loan product according to the customer’s demand.
Optimization of iPad internet banking. Functions including physical precious metal defer, savings bonds (electronic) and fund account management are added based on the original functions of iPad internet banking this time, and functions such as remittance and bill payment are optimized in multiple aspects.
ICBC e-payment. Online small-value electronic payment service of ICBC e-payment has been launched this time. Customers may register and open it by self-service in the Bank's web portals. When conducting electronic payment, the customer enters mobile phone number + latter 6 digits of bank account number, and the Bank’s system will send short message of dynamic password to the mobile phone number, then the customer enters the received dynamic password into the payment page, and payment is completed after approved verification. The service is initially piloted in some merchants.
SMS banking quick service. With the SMS banking quick service launched this time, customers may edit short messages in accordance with the format requirements and send to 95588 to handle the businesses including account inquiry, financial information inquiry, customizing Messenger service and customizing bank statements. The general format for short message is “service code # account number or card number # SMS banking service password”, of which, service code supports Chinese, letters or numbers, for example, to inquire balance, customers may edit “Inquire balance” or “CXYE” or “1” for the service code. For detailed short message format template, customers can edit numbers “95588” and send to 95588 to obtain.
iPhone corporate mobile banking. iPhone corporate mobile banking is added this time, supporting the corporate authorized payment business via iPhone, and its major functions include account inquiry, transaction instruction inquiry and reply to the instruction to be authorized, etc. Customers can download and install from ICBC’s mobile banking portals or App Store websites of Apple Inc. after October 30.
Cross-border RMB business supported by corporate internet banking. Overseas RMB remittance from other banks and ICBC cross-border remittance of corporate internet banking are increased this time, and increased Bank-Enterprise Interlink cross-border remittance interface supports RMB. The service is initially piloted in Shanghai, Guangdong and Shenzhen.
Function optimization for entrusted deduction business. The functions of entrusted deduction business are optimized this time, for example, partial refund function of collection business is added for corporate internet banking charges station, supporting customers to select payment account type and customize summary information; refund instruction submission, active feedback of refund instruction submission, refund instruction inquiry and other functions are added for Bank-Enterprise Interlink promotion version. Meanwhile, agreement sign-up on personal entrusted deduction of various channels is optimized and handling modes of customer collection business are enriched.
Bank-Enterprise Interlink wealth management products. Bank-Enterprise Interlink channel functions are enlarged this time, to achieve the function of wealth management product transaction and support all transaction functions of existing wealth management products of corporate internet banking at present, including account opening/cancellation, purchase, redemption, order cancellation, modification on holding shares' property, auto investment and relevant inquiries.
Manager for Bank-Enterprise Interlink collection. Inquiry on Bank-Enterprise Interlink channel and content relating to maintenance of the Bank’s Collection Manager card are added this time, including inquiry on Collection Manager card agreement, inquiry interface for comparison relations among Collection Manager cards, maintenance interface for comparison relations among Collection Manager cards, maintenance instruction’s inquiry interface for comparison relations among Collection Manager cards, and details inquiry on Collection Manager card, etc.
