Major Functions of the E-banking System upgrading

Android mobile banking – mobile life. With mobile life client applications launched at Android mobile banking, customers can, with no need to log onto the mobile banking, enjoy the Bank’s abundant mobile financial services such as financial information, ICBC wealth management, promotional activities and mobile phone recharging.

 
Optimization of WindowsPhone mobile banking functions. Functions including bill payment, ICBC wealth management, foreign exchange business, credit card, reserved withdrawal, time deposit and call deposit are added to the WindowsPhone mobile banking.

Chrome personal Internet banking. The Chrome version of personal internet banking is provided for users of Chrome browser. Customers can log onto the Bank’s personal Internet banking through Chrome browser (V21 or above) on a 32-bit WindowsXP or Windows7 operating system.

Optimization of batch transfer/remittance on personal Internet banking. The functions of sending short message to payee is added to batch transfer/remittance on personal Internet banking, and the client batch tool software is updated. Customers need to install the new tool software to edit batch transfer/remittance order, and the format of the original batch order files shall be converted with the new software.

Gold Accumulation Products service of corporate Internet banking. Gold Accumulation Products service is launched on corporate Internet banking to further satisfy corporate customers’ needs of precious metal investment. The service is launched on a trial basis in some areas.

Client of Bank-Enterprise Interlink. The client system of Bank-Enterprise Interlink is launched for corporate customers. With basic ERP functions such as fund management and financial management, the system can help customers to reduce ERP procurement expense and system development cost.

Optimization of E-commerce payment page. The E-commerce payment pages of C2C payment, credit payment and online contracting are redesigned to make the layout more reasonable, further facilitating customer operations.

Mobile online customer service. Under the cooperation between ICBC and China Mobile, mobile online service is available through Mobile Chatting business platform of China Mobile, enabling customers to have access to business consultation and information push etc. The service will be formally available after trial operation.
