ICBC is starting the star-class service scheme for personal customers in a bid to thank all the customers and increase service standard. You will be considered as a star-class customer depending on the transaction volume you generated on personal deposit, personal loan, investment and wealth management (including fund, wealth management product, T-bond, insurance, foreign exchange, gold), spending on card, remittance and inter-city deposit/withdrawal. You will be entitled to the respective service offers and other value-added services if you are taken as a customer of five-star (inclusive) or above. Evaluation on the star level is carried out once in every six months. You can check your star level either through Internet Banking, Telephone Banking, Mobile Banking (WAP), in person at the ICBC outlet or ask details from the customer managers.

ICBC takes the delivery of star-class services as a new starting point in order to offer even better financial services to you.
