In an effort to offer better star-class services for you, ICBC has revised the current Elite Club Account Regulations (see appendix for the revision draft). New Regulations will be in force starting from October 1, 2010. Current Regulations will be void at the same time. Annual fee of the Elite Club Account will continue to be waived after the new Regulations in force. The criterion of opening new Elite Club Account Card is revised for customers of five-star or above. The criterion of opening new ICBC Caifu Elite Club Account Card is revised for customers of six-star or above. Effective from January 1, 2011, service offers and exclusive wealth management services will be delivered according to the star level of the customers holding Elite Club Account.
