In order to appreciate the long-term trust and support from our customers, after coordinating with relevant funds management companies, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (hereinafter referred to as ICBC) now decides to continuously offer favorable purchase rates for open-end funds products purchased from the Personal Internet Banking of ICBC "Banking@Home"

I.Applicable Investors
The personal investors to purchase open-end funds through the Personal Internet Banking of ICBC "Banking@Home".

II.Applicable Funds and Terms
From April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009 (until the official trade time of the day), investors can have favorable price for purchasing any ICBC consigned funds products through ICBC Personal Internet Banking.

III.Concrete Favorable Rates
During the program period, investors can purchase open-end funds through ICBC Internet Banking with favorable purchase rates. The previous purchase rates (including rates for different levels) higher than 0.6% will get 20% off (actually received purchase rates=previous purchase rates×0.8), but the actually applied rates can't be lower than 0.6%; the previous purchase rates (including rates for different levels)lower than 0.6%(including 0.6%) will be applied as the previous purchase rates. Please refer to the relevant legal documents of the funds and the latest business announcements made by funds management companies for detailed funds rates.

IV.Important Reminders
1.ICBC reserves the right for the interpretation of the announcement. If investors want to obtain the detailed data of the funds products, please carefully read the legal documents of the funds including funds contract, prospectus, etc.
2.The program is only applicable to the purchase fees of the front-end collection modes of the funds products in normal purchase period and doesn't include the purchase fees of the back-end collection modes of the funds products and subscription fees for the funds in collection period. And it doesn't include the funds surcharges for specified funds investment and funds transfer services.
3.ICBC will decide if the program will be extended after coordinating with the relevant funds management companies, and ICBC and the relevant funds management companies will make another announcement regarding relevant issues.
