ICBC Global Market: Oil and Other Commodities Market Update - September 21, 2017
 

Oil prices settled up on Wednesday as major oil producers are expected to extend their deal to limit output to next year, and U.S. President Donald Trump’s speech on nuclear agreement with Iran ignited concerns over the Middle East. Front-month U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose 0.86 percent at $50.29 a barrel. Front-month Brent crude futures closed up 1.41 percent to $56.18 a barrel. The spread between the two benchmarks stood at $5.89 a barrel.
