ICBC Snaps the "2009 Best Cash Management Brand Award" in China Finance Chart
 

At the 7th China Finance Chart held in Beijing on January 22, ICBC won the crown of "2009 Best Cash Management Brand" by dint of its stellar market performance and strong brand influence over the last year.

Now in its seventh year, China Finance Chart is an annual online poll hosted by Hexun.com in association with SEEC. The survey tabulated the scores given and votes from online. The winners were chosen based on the real data, votes from users and investors, professional opinions from industry veterans and experts. "Best Cash Management Brand" was an award to the bank who scored the best performance in cash management services in 2009 in terms of product, service, innovation and influence.

By the year-end 2009, ICBC scored more than 280,000 customers signing up cash management service. ICBC focused on "Caizhi A/C" to establish its strong presence in the market by offering global cross-banking cash management service customized to every client's need. The solution covered the management of accounts, transactions and liquidity, supply-chain finance, investment and wealth management. Behind the solution were all the ICBC products ranging from receipts and payments, account management, risk management, electronic banking and short-term investment/financing. Winning the award of "2009 Best Cash Management Brand Award" is an indication that cash management as well as the thriving pace of ICBC performance in the area are getting on the radar of mainstream media in the country.
