In the Eleventh "Financial IT Innovation & Excellence Financial-Economic Securities Website Survey" hosted by Securities Times, ICBC Electronic Banking was named as one of the "2010 Top 10 Financial Institution in IT Innovation" and ICBC snapped three major awards for "Best Electronic Banking Services 2010", "Best Mobile Banking" and "Best Marketing and Promotion".

"Financial IT Innovation & Excellence Financial-Economic Securities Website Survey" was organized by Securities Times. The winners were voted for by the netizens and chosen by a panel of experts and authoritative judges. The survey run for three months, drawing nominations from 21 banks, 45 brokers and 26 fund houses. The survey covered a wide range, of highly influential and respected in the country.

Over the past few years, ICBC electronic banking gained momentum leveraged by the industry-leading new online banking products, innovative marketing programs and good customer services. ICBC gained the recognition from all by securing the top spot in the domestic rankings of online customers for corporate internet banking, personal internet banking, mobile banking (WAP) and telephone banking.
