At the "2011 China's CFO Most Trusted Banks" award ceremony hosted by CFO World on October 12, 2012 in Beijing, ICBC edged out all commercial banks to take the "Best Trade Finance Award".

CFO World is a professional media for CFO published by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Now in this sixth year, the "Annual China CFO's Most Trusted Bank" is a competition run by CFO World to name the most trusted banks by the public votes and judges' scores.

In recent years, ICBC has developed a full range of trade finance products covering the whole process of trade, leveraging its solid customer base, extensive outlet network, cutting-edge IT technology and convenient services. New products combine the business models and settlement options of customers to offer trade finance services and solutions in home and foreign currencies for large, mid-range and small customers to import and export goods. 20+ trade finance products are grouped in three categories (account receivables, account payable (pre-payable), inventory) under two service brands - "ICBC Supply Chain" and "ICBC e Chain Link". Customers are companies engaged in production and processing, equipment manufacturing or logistics. Services are available through three service channels - ICBC outlets, Internet Banking and Bank-Enterprise Interlink, for customers to apply for trade facility. With the new products and services, ICBC retains its place at the top of domestic league table.
