ICBC Launches Financial Service for New Semester
 

To meet financial service needs of college students, ICBC has recently launched the 2017 new semester financial service program to provide college students with characteristic financial services covering study, education, daily consumption, sports and fitness in the new semester.

In response to various service needs of college students in campus life, ICBC launched multiple convenient services and discounts. For instance, by October 31, 2017, students may enjoy cash rebate from RMB 0.1 to RMB 20 if depositing RMB 50 or more into the all-in-one campus card through the ICBC e-Campus APP. The ICBC e-mobile card package launched with China Unicom has a minimum monthly fee of RMB 19 and provides as much as 2GB data flow. The ICBC Top Teacher launched along with third-party education institutions provide college students with exclusive free and cost-effective courses and teaching materials. ICBC overseas study finance, campus One Million Dream and similar services will aid college students in overseas study planning.

For college students’ needs in daily consumption, ICBC provides preferential services through selected online and offline merchants. In terms of online services, ICBC Mall has launched over 1,000 preferential products provided by merchants in fields of mobile & digital products, computers & stationery, clothes & bags as well as books & education. Also, it has established the JD Zone on the ICBC e-Campus platform jointly with JD.COM to offer benefits including preferential price for student customers and cash rebate/reduction vouchers. In terms of offline services, ICBC has launched a series of ICBC card offer services with thousands of merchants in malls, supermarkets, restaurants, tourism and entertainment from over 100 cities.

In addition, targeted at non-local freshman, ICBC branches provide various convenient services like consultancy. For example, ICBC has launched the LBS-based treasure-hunting campaign. Participants may not only enjoy cash awards, gifts and other benefits, but also get familiar with environment of campus and adapted to the new campus life.
