ICBC has developed special solutions based on customer demand to provide more convenient and diversified financial services during this year’s Spring Festival.

First, it made an overall schedule to ensure enough outlets would provide services, with priority to major commercial streets and districts as well as communities so that day-to-day banking services can be normally provided. No less than 50% outlets of ICBC in downtown Beijing will be open during the New Year's Eve and the day after, 70% will be opened on the third and fourth days, and all from the fifth and sixth days. During this period, customers who conduct remote transfer through ICBC personal online banking (including transfer to overseas institutions of ICBC) and telephone banking can enjoy a 50% discount on the basis of the discounted charges offered by outlets. Those who make such transfers through mobile banking can enjoy a discount of 80%. Before the Spring Festival holidays, ICBC has conducted thorough examinations and maintenance on various self-service machines. Even during the Spring Festival, ICBC will monitor the operation of machines including ATMs to replenish cash when the machines run out of cash and deal with emergencies. In terms of telephone banking services, ICBC has deployed enough employees to answer phone calls for telephone banking to ensure a smooth channel for telephone banking services during the Spring Festival.

Third, ICBC's Internet financial service will bring brand new experiences for customers. For example, high quality promotions abound for the Spring Festival on ICBC eBuy (e-commerce platform), providing special offers such as group purchase and discounts. Besides, the credits can be used to pay for the goods and online consumption loans can be applied for on real time basis. Customers can make quick payment through ICBC ePayment which is convenient, safe and applicable to all websites. When shopping online on various e-commerce platforms such as taobao.com, Tmall.com, jd.com, vip.com, Amazon.com and ICBC eBuy, customers need not register a wallet for payment on each website. Meanwhile, airline tickets bought on airlines websites such as Air China and train ticket bought on 12306.cn can also be paid through ICBC ePayment.

Fourth, ICBC will continue to provide investment and wealth management services during the Spring Festival. During the holidays, ICBC will provide personal purchase and sales of foreign exchange and paper gold as usual, and customers with demands for foreign exchange and gold investment can conduct transactions during the festival. In terms of the wealth management product, customers can buy ICBC's wealth management products before the holiday. For example, they can choose branded products such as Zeng Li, Zun Li, Wen Li and Money Link Express which can be subscribed at any time so that their funds generate income when they are enjoying holidays. They can also choose the Spring Festival series wealth management product through online banking or at outlets during the long holiday. Besides, e-Link customers can redeem investments within "T+0 second".

Fifth, ICBC will launch a variety of featured services and special offers, enabling customers to enjoy special services and special offers of ICBC in basic financial services, family wealth management, travel and shopping. For example, to meet the parent-child financial service demands during the Spring Festival, ICBC organized an activity named "I love my baby, greeting the Spring with fortune and good luck", helping parents to plan on growth foundation for their children in the form of "baby card + parent card".
