I. “ICBC Credit Card Partners” Recommendation Activity Plan for the First Quarter of 2019
Activity time: From January 1, 2019 to March 31, 2019
Activity content: Customers who recommend families or friends that do not hold ICBC credit cards to apply for ICBC credit cards, become new customers of ICBC credit cards and successfully open the account within the validity period of the activity will get big gifts from ICBC :
Customers who participate in the recommendation activity for the first time and successfully recommend one new customer will get 1 RMB50 ICBC e-Life coupon (for telephone fee charging);
For 1 successfully recommended new customer, the recommender can get 1 ICBC Mall RMB20 coupon;
For 5 successfully recommended new customers, the recommender can enjoy RMB150 cashback;
For 30 successfully recommended new customers, the recommender can enjoy RMB1,000 cashback;
For 150 successfully recommended new customers, the recommender can enjoy RMB4,999 cashback;
For 200 successfully recommended new customers, the recommender can enjoy RMB10,000 cashback.
Activity rules:
1. “Successfully recommended new customer” refers to the customer who has never previously held any ICBC credit card, and the designated ICBC credit card the customer applies for this time is the first ICBC credit card the customer holds and is successfully issued within the validity period of the activity. The successful card issuance date shall be subjected to the successful account opening date displayed in the ICBC system.
2. The recommender needs to enter the designated page of the activity to generate a special QR code and an invitation link, and the customer being recommended can enter the card application page by scanning or clicking the QR code generated by the recommender. You can follow the “icbccards” WeChat public account, select the “Welfare” and click the “ICBC credit card partners” menu bar to enter the activity page. Recommenders who previously participated in the activity can continue by directly sharing the existing activity links or QR codes instead of generating new QR codes because the QR code of the activity is valid for a long time.
3. During the activity, the recommender can only get one gift, which shall be the highest reward the recommender can get. And no gifts of other ranks shall be given to the same recommender.
4. Please enter the recommender’s ICBC credit card number to generate the QR code. If the recommender does not have an ICBC credit card, please then enter the ICBC debit card number. After the activity ends, the cashback will be directly remitted to the account of which the card number was entered by the recommender to generate the QR code. Please make sure the card number you enter is correct and the card status is normal. Due to the slow cashback for debit cards, you are suggested first entering the ICBC credit card number. Any failure of cashback due to the customer’s own account shall be regarded as waiving the cashback. If you have a customer manager, you can enter the customer manager’s 11-digit number. The customer manager’s number and the merchant number are not a must.
5. ICBC Mall RMB20 coupons are e-coupon codes provided by IPINKER food store. For the application scope and detailed specification, please refer to the interpretation of IPINKER food store. After the activity ends, the coupon codes will be sent in the way of short messages by ICBC via 95588 to the reserved phone number corresponding to the ICBC card number entered by the recommender when generating the QR code. If the recommender needs to add or change the reserved phone number, please go to ICBC outlets. Unsuccessful receipt of award-winning short messages for the cardholder’s own reasons will be regarded as waiving the reward.
6. RMB50 ICBC e-Life coupons are provided by ICBC e-Life APP and in an electronic form. See the electronic coupon description of ICBC e-Life APP for specific rules (such as scope of application and use methods). The mobile phone number provided by the customer for ICBC should be the same as that used for registering ICBC e-Life. Otherwise, the electronic coupons cannot be issued.
7. ICBC will not charge reward-related fees in any form. Please beware of fraud.
8. Cardholders who involve in fraud, cash-out, overdue repayment, frozen card, stopped payment, card revocation, card cancellation, non-repayment of other debts to ICBC, engage in or are suspected of engaging in illegalities, irregularities, violations of the Rules for Peony Credit Card of ICBC, Peony Credit Card Receipt Contract, the measures for this activity or other relevant provisions shall be disqualified from participating in this activity, and ICBC reserves the right to take corresponding legal measures.
9. To the extent permitted by law, ICBC reserves the right to amend the terms and rules of the activity, and suspend or cancel the activity, which takes effect upon the announcement on ICBC’s official website.

II. “ICBC Credit Card Partners” Recommendation Activity Plan for the Second, Third and Fourth Quarters of 2019
Activity time: from April 1, 2019 to June 30, 2019; from July 1, 2019 to September 30, 2019; from October 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.
Activity content: Customers who recommend families or friends that do not hold ICBC credit cards to apply for designated ICBC credit cards, become new customers of ICBC credit cards and successfully open the account within the validity period of the activity will get big gifts from ICBC :
For 1 successfully recommended new customer, the recommender can get 1 ICBC Mall RMB20 coupon;
For 5 successfully recommended new customers, the recommender can enjoy RMB150 cashback;
For 30 successfully recommended new customers, the recommender can enjoy RMB1,000 cashback; and
For 150 successfully recommended new customers, the recommender can enjoy RMB4,999 cashback.
