2. Foreign Exchange Fund Trading Procedures
¡ñ The client needs to sign a Financial Derivative Product Master Agreement with the bank.
¡ñ The client needs to have sufficient foreign exchange deposit at the bank or provide other performance guarantees acceptable by the bank.
¡ñ The bank discloses the foreign exchange trading risks to the client.
¡ñ The client completes a letter of authorizations on foreign exchange fund trading and deliver it to the dealers.
¡ñ The bank finishes the transaction, and separately produces a letter of confirmation on main contents and terms of the transaction to be signed and verified by the client.
