☆ Helpful Tips Please pay attention to the following rules stipulated by State Administration of Foreign Exchange when conducting foreign exchange remittance: 1. The remittee's name of foreign exchange remittance must be identical with remitter's one, or the remittee must be the direct relative of the remitter. It needs to show the proof of instruments of "The remittee has lineal relationship with the remitter", if the remittee's name of foreign exchange remittance is not identical with remitter's one. The "Direct Relatives" include "Spouse, Father (Mother) and Son (Daughter)", and the proof of instruments are as following: a. It needs to show a resident registration booklet if remittee and remitter are under one resident registration booklet. b. It needs to show a notarization or proof of instrument issued by authorized institutions such as notary agencies or local police stations to certify the remittee and remitter are indeed direct relatives; if the remittee and remitter are not on the same resident registration booklet. 2. The receiving account and the remitting one of the foreign exchange remittance must be the same type, i.e. "Cash Account for Cash Account", "Exchange Account for Exchange Account", which means "the Cash/Exchange nature reminds unchanged after funds have been transferred".
