1.Wide service scope: ICBC offers RMB and foreign currency wage payment service on behalf of the institutions to transfer the funds to the receiving accounts appointed in ICBC or other banks in same or other cities. Presently ICBC pays funds on behalf of the institutions that have opened settlement accounts at ICBC or other banks in 9 currencies including RMB, US dollar, Hong Kong dollar, Pound, Yen, Swiss franc, Canada dollar, Australia dollar and Singapore dollar through ICBC system.

2. Multiple channels: ICBC supports consigning institutions to handle wage payment business through Internet Banking and at ICBC counter.

3. Flexible service hours: ICBC Internet Banking handles wage payment business within 7*24 hours all year. ICBC banking outlet handles wage payment business at any working day all year. 

4. Fast arrival: When handling intra-system wage agency business through ICBC Internet Banking, the funds will arrive in real time; when handling intra-system wage agency business through ICBC banking outlets, the funds will arrive within the day agreed by both parties.

☆Operation Guide
The consigning institutions (institutions) shall sign “ICBC Wage Payment Business Agreement” with ICBC and ICBC will pay salary to their staff according to the requirements of the consigning institutions. The consigning institutions can handle the wage payment business through self-service channel of ICBC Internet Banking, or at ICBC banking outlets in the form of coping disc or other data transmission methods.
