Personal Commercial Housing Loan

 

☆Introduction
Personal commercial housing loan is issued by loaner to the borrower to purchase a self-support commercial house and a self-use office.

☆Target Client
The borrower of the personal commercial housing loan shall be the natural person of full civil capacity within 18-65 years old (including 18 and 65 years old) with good credit history and willingness for payment.

☆Features
Various purposes--the loan can be used for buying various commercial houses, like stores along the street, commercial support houses and commercial house (office building). 
Convenient procedure--the procedure of application for personal commercial housing loan is as same as that of common Personal brand new housing loan so that you can get ICBC commercial housing loan conveniently, fast. 

☆Application Conditions
Please refer to the requirements of application for Personal brand new housing loan.

☆Loan limit
Loan limit is 50% of the market value of the house purchased at most; the loan limit of residential & commercial housing loan is 55% at most.

☆Loan Interest Rate
110% of benchmark interest rate of People’s Bank of China.
Loan rates refer to those applicable to Personal Brand New Housing Loan.

☆Loan term
10 years at most.

☆Service Channel and Time
You can submit the loan application to ICBC consumer manager at showroom of the real estate cooperating with ICBC in mortgage loan, or ICBC personal loan center or credit loan business department of local ICBC branch.
