☆ Introduction
A RMB loan obtained from ICBC, supported by borrower's pledge which is legal, valid and compliant with ICBC rules.

☆ Features
Various borrower's pledges (such as bank deposit, T-bond, endowment policy, personal funds from foreign exchange transaction, etc), simple procedure and high loan line. ICBC also offers Internet Banking Personal Pledge Loan and Pledge Loan with Insurance Policy of Bank-Insurance Link so as to greatly save your operation time.

☆ Application Conditions
1. China citizen with full civil capacity, stay permanently in China.
2. Good credibility and sincerity to repay.
3. Ability to repay principal and interest of loan.
4. Submit valid certificate of rights recognized by ICBC as pledge to guarantee.
5. Personal settlement account opened in ICBC.
6. Other conditions stipulated by ICBC.

☆ Credit Line
The single-loan (account) line is RMB 5,000 -10,000,000. The line of Internet Banking Pledge Loan is up to RMB 1000, 000.

☆ Loan Term
One year in general, maximum 3 years (inclusive).

☆ Loan Rate
Interest rate of loan is carried out in line with PBC's interest rate policy in same period and same term structure. The floating range is carried out in accordance with relevant PBC's regulations. The interest rate will be carried out in terms of interest rate of six-month term when loan term is shorter than 6 months.
Interest on personal pledge loan shall be debited on each account based on actual-over-365.

☆ Repayment
Loan with term less than a year (inclusive) is repaid by single repayment of principal and interest. Loan with term over a year can have interest repaid monthly (quarterly) and single repayment of principal, or interest and principal repaid in equal amount every month.

☆ Documents Needed
Submit application, fill in written application form and submit the following:
1. Valid ID document of applicant, and third party if third party's pledge is used.
2. Proof of valid pledge. If third party's pledge is used, written consent signed by Person-in-charge, borrower and third party. The personal insurance policy used for pledge in Pledge Loan with Insurance Policy of Bank-Insurance Link shall be ICBC appointed product and sold by ICBC under commission.
3. Other details stipulated by ICBC.

☆ Operation Guide
ICBC release the loan through transfer to the personal settlement account specified by borrower, same procedures as in Auto Loan for others.
