ICBC won the Award for "Most Influential Leader of Listed Company" at the China Listed Company Overseas Forum & China Securities "Golden Bauhinia Awards" Ceremony held in Hong Kong recently.

This year, the China Listed Company Overseas Forum & China Securities "Golden Bauhinia Awards" Ceremony was hosted by Hong Kong Takungpao in collaboration with Chinese Securities Association of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Securities Association, The Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association, The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, The Listed Companies Association of Beijing and Shanghai Enterprises Association. The Forum, with the opening inaugurated by the officials from Hong Kong government, Hong Kong Monetary Authority and Hong Kong Securities and Futures Exchange, has seven keynote speakers talking about the progress of Chinese listed companies in Hong Kong capital market and overseas expansion of Chinese companies. This year's "Golden Bauhinia Awards" also included category awards as "Most Influential Leader of Listed Companies", "Most Influential Listed Company Overseas" and "Most Valuable Listed Company". The evaluation process, based on the authoritative data from respected securities companies, experts' review and online votes, screened out listed companies and management executives with excellent performance as the heavyweights in China. With the outstanding performance in corporate governance, transformation and global expansion during the last few years, ICBC won the "Most Influential Listed Company Overseas". Winning the award is a confirmation from the international market to ICBC's brand and influence.
