Introduce Biometric Login Services in “ICBC Securities”

By using the new biometric authentication technology, we bring an easy mobile securities trading experience to you. Biometric Login services have been launched in “ICBC Securities”. Users can log in the “ICBC Securities” with a simple touch or glance, instead of having to enter your username and password. Activate the new biometric login services now.

Please download the latest version of “ICBC Securities” App in App Store to enjoy this function.

Steps for activation of Face ID Login

Step 1: Click "Settings" icon and switch on "Touch Login Settings"/ "Fingerprint Login" by sliding the button to the right.

Step 2: Log in the “ICBC Securities” with your username/account no./card no. and password

Step 3: Read and agree “Terms and Conditions”

Step 4: Enter the SMS verification code

Step 5: Verify your Face ID

Step 6: Setup completed, you can log in with Face ID immediately!

Steps for activation of Fingerprint Login

Step 1: Click “Settings” icon and switch on “Touch ID Login Settings” by sliding the button to the right.

Step 2: Log in the “ICBC Securities” App with your username/account no. and password.

Step 3: Read and agree “Terms and Conditions”.

Step 4: Enter the SMS verification code

Step 5: Verify your fingerprint

Step 6: Setup completed, you can log in with fingerprint immediately!

Remarks

1. The Face ID Login service is only available on Apple iPhone X or later iPhone models with iOS 11 or above.
2. The Fingerprint Login service is available on Apple iPhone 5s or later iPhone models with iOS9 or above, or on Android phones with fingerprint recognition sensors and an operating system of android 6.0 or above.
3. Fingerprint Login is available on following compatible Android devices: Samsung (Galaxy S9, Galaxy S7, Galaxy A9,)，LG (G5)，Huawei(P20 pro, Mate 10, Mate 9), Xiaomi(Xiaomi 9, Xiaomi 8 Lite, Redmi Note4X, Xiaomi 5), Vivo(X9, V11). More devices will be supported in future.
4. We recommend customers to log in with the same fingerprint used for registration to ensure successful login.
