Visa Infinite cardholders can enjoy more convenient and faster services with Priority accessfor ICBC wealth management services at all banking outlets of ICBC (Macau).
Flexible credit limit adjustment
The Visa Infinite cardholders can apply for permanent or temporary credit limit adjustment by contacting your designated account manager for your convenience. We will validate the temporary credit limit adjustment in accordance with cardholders’ request and inform cardholders of the final approval result timely.
Delegation services by personal representative
Visa Infinite cardholders are granted with a privilege of entrusting a personal representative to deal with relative affairs.
Delegation services include reservation for card replacement, repayment reminder, credit limit adjustment, account balance enquiry, application for re-issue of bank statement, bonus points’ enquiry and card lost reporting through phone calls. You can entrust a relative or a secretary to perform the services above as your personal representative. When the representative makes any service request, we shall offer services as we offer services to you, so as to release you from trivial affairs during the use of your card. Servicing procedure
· When arriving at the airport lounge, you need to present your Visa Infinite Card, boarding pass and identify yourself as a LoungeKey member.
· Lounge staff will verify eligibility to enter the lounge by checking your Visa Infinite Card visually and then electronically recording the Visa Infinite Card through a card reader. They will get pre-authorization for designated amount with your Visa Infinite Card for validation purpose. This transaction will be automatically cancelled within 21 days.
· Lounge staff will also enter the number of guests (if any) accompanying you. If requested, you must sign on the card reader screen, which will reflect the number of accompanying guests, if any.
· Lounges will send back your “Visit Record” to LoungeKey for accounting.
· Use of the LoungeKey program is not transferable and LoungeKey customers may only use the LoungeKey program until either the expiry date shown on the LoungeKey website (www.loungekey.com/icbcmacauvisacard) or app, or until the expiry of the benefit offered by ICBC (Macau). The LoungeKey program may not be used by any person other than the eligible LoungeKey customer.
