Manager, Business Control and Management, Asset and Liability Mgt Dept(Ref: ALM-M-SN-ICBCA )

Responsibilities:

• •Draft working plan and reports on asset and liability development and monitor its implementation status on regular basis .
• •Coordinate all teams of the department to fulfill the Bank's asset and liability management function efficiently according to annual objectives.
• •Organize system development, data analysis for ALM management, using AI and other appropriate tools.
• •Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (such as HKMA, ICBC Head office, Internal Auditor and etc.) to ensure related tasks are implemented smoothly and timely, collect and consolidate documents effectively and efficiently.
• •Lead team members to monitor daily MM transactions, formulate and review MM management policy, procedure, manuals and other documents, to monitor FX exposure set by head office.
• •Carry out business research and analysis when required.
• •Participate and own individual projects related to asset and liability strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance or relevant disciplines.
• 3 years of experience in asset and liability management or relevant banking function.
• Familiar with banking products, operations and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager.
