Deputy Head/SVP/VP of Custody Services Department (Ref: CUD-DH-IW-ICBCA)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Custody Services in managing the operations of custodial services of the Bank and implementing business strategy.
• Ensure the delivery of accurate and effective custodial services to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
• Responsible for custody, fund accounting, administration and securities services including settlement, corporate actions and etc.
• Review documents and procedures of custodial services to mitigate risks and improve cost effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure staff are adequately trained for attaining the department goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• University graduate.
• Minimum 10 years of custody services experience.
• Good knowledge of Custody, Accounting, Transfer Agency, Corporate Action and other related activities.
• Attention to details and able to work within strict deadlines.
• Possess the ability to multi-task and a good team player.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
