Assistant Manager to Deputy Manager, Product Development (Ref: EBD-PD-SH-JDB)
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement new services or enhancements for e-banking, i.e. Commercial Internet Banking, Personal Internet Banking and Phone Banking.
Responsible for maintaining and further developing the proper functions for e-banking.
Communicate with different users on collecting requirements, conducting UAT and providing training to related parties.
Assist in UAT management.
Update business operation manuals and application documents.
Carry on ad hoc project as required.
Requirements:
University graduate or above with major in Finance/Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years working experience in banking field.
Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge in e-banking products development and familiar with related banking product, solid software engineering background will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and under pressure with efficiency.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Senior Officer.
