Fixed Deposit: a function for fixed deposit (in home and foreign currency) between registration cards or between accounts in the registration card.
To fixed deposit: monies can be deposited in home and foreign currency as lump-fixed, renewal & interest withdrawal, installment-fixed and education savings.

1. If the account to be debited is the current A/C in the Elite Club account card, e-Age or Money Link Card, account to be credited can be the basic account under the same registration card, or other registered Internet Banking cards. 2. No transfer by overdraft in credit card, quasi credit card and international card. 3. ICBC offers the automatic re-deposit service for fixed deposit. Once you set the re-deposit term, the interest (after-tax)and principal will be re-deposited on the maturity date as per the term agreed. Automatic re-deposit remains in service all the time, whenever on the maturity date and re-deposit date. Once the auto-redeposit is completed, all withdrawals other than on maturity date and re-deposit date are considered as early withdrawal. 4. No banking charges if the credit account and payment account are accounts of the same area. Otherwise, banking charges will be collected from the payment account. Under this function, the self-service registered Internet Banking cards cannot be used to transfer monies to fixed deposit. |
