My A/C: A group of functions for managing all kinds of registration cards under Internet Banking and their linked accounts, checking account information, and making transfer/remittances.
Accounting Enquiry: Functions for enquiry on basic information of Internet Banking Registration Account and the Accounts linked under, account balance, intraday details, history details and Statement. This is a service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Bank Statement Enquiry/Download: Statement is a bank record of all ledger data of your account in a certain period (usually a month) such as transaction amount of payment and receipt and balance at the end of the period. This function support the enquiry and download of Statements for all accounts registered under Internet Banking
Once you choose the option of Statement, ICBC will send the balance and transaction details of the month in your account to your e-mail address.
Overall Financials
Once you choose the option of "Overall Financials" , ICBC will send the overall financial status of your specified account to your e-mail address, according to the statement cycles, either monthly, quarterly or yearly, either one of the 3 formats available. Note: Monthly statement is generated at month-end. Quarterly Statement is generated at the end of each quarter (March, June, September, December). Yearly Statement is generated at the end of December

Automatic Renew: System will extend the service for one month when expired each time. Fee will be deducted from the account receiving the reminding service.
