Menu Tip Message 1. Choose "Enquiry Type", enter "Starting Date" and "Ending Date", and start enquiry on the history details within one year by one of the following two options: either choose one Payment Card (A/C) No. and linked account or choose one insurance company, enter Contract No. 2. Shorten the enquiry period if there are too many records returned.
