Apply e-Card: Here you can apply online for one RMB e-Card or International e-Card as the card to make payment for online shopping at domestic or overseas websites.

1 e-Card is not a physical card but carries a function to control the limit of deposit. e-Card can be applied or cancelled online through self-service.
2. Under one currency only one international e-Card can be applied. Card fee is collected annually.
3. International e-Card can only be used for transfer between your registration accounts of Internet Banking. No outward transfer.
4. If you have RMB e-Card and international e-Card at the same time, either card can be used for payment of online shopping at domestic websites.
5. International e-Card can only be used for payment of online shopping at overseas websites which implement "Verified by Visa" to authenticate online sales transactions.
6. To return goods or ask for refund after payment by e-Card, make sure there is sufficient limit for deposit in the payment e-Card. Otherwise your refund will be rejected. |
